Mr. Warner is a seasoned counselor and advocate with nearly twenty years of experience in the resolution and litigation of complex employment and business disputes. He has extensive experience advising federal contractors in affirmative action planning and resolving OFCCP, Davis-Bacon Act and Service Contract Act compliance audits. He services an array of businesses and associations in regard to all manner of employment issues, including executive contract negotiation, internal investigations, and day-to-day counseling; and he routinely litigates claims of discrimination, alleged violations of wage and hour laws, and restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes. Prior to joining Centre Law & Consulting, Mr. Warner was a Partner at Venable LLP.
