David P. Dougherty Appointed Vice President, Business Development for Delta Solutions and Technologies, Inc.

With nearly 30 years of experience in U.S. government sales and program management, Dougherty brings substantial skills in growing and leading business development efforts for IT-related professional services. He most recently served as the Public Sector Vice President at RWD Technologies, LLC, where he established and built a federal division for this heretofore predominately commercial company.
