David Gutierrez Named CFO for Cogent Energy Services
Industry Veteran Joins Leading Coiled Tubing Business
HOUSTON, Feb. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cogent Energy Services is pleased to announce David Gutierrez as its chief financial officer. Gutierrez brings over 35 years of accounting, finance, credit, treasury and risk experience in the oil and gas industry.
Gutierrez has extensive business management and operations experience structuring strategic transactions, ensuring operations efficiencies, establishing treasury and financing structures, and ensuring the adherence of ethics and compliance. He also brings a wealth of international experience.

Erwin and Gutierrez have worked together at several companies, including Hanover Compression and Valerus Field Solutions (now SNC Lavalin).
