Dave Hellmers Eagerly Accepts Presidency of U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Feb. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Dave Hellmers has taken the reins of U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado. He is ready and willing to accept this new challenge, and plans to use his knowledge and determination to help drive U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado to high levels of success.

Hellmers began his U-Haul career in March 2011 as a general manager (GM) trainee at U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado. Less than a month later Hellmers was promoted to area field manager (AFM), and was promoted to district certifier in May 2013, the position he held until his recent promotion.
As MCP of U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado, Hellmers will oversee all operations including truck, trailer and storage rentals. He looks forward to applying well-tested U-Haul procedures in order to advance his goals, and knows he has the team to make it happen. Hellmers stresses that one of the greatest strengths within U-Haul Company of Southern Colorado is the vast amount of experienced team members who are professional, and always willing to share knowledge with others. He plans to build on that strength by challenging and developing his team even further through his empowering leadership style.
