Mr. Habiger most recently was Chief Executive Officer of NDS Group Ltd., a leading provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV. NDS was sold to Cisco on August 1, 2012 for approximately $5 billion. Mr. Habiger is a proven leader with over twenty years of experience in building software businesses, expanding international markets, and developing new service lines.
