Dave Habiger Joins Textura Corporation Board

CHICAGO, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Textura Corporation, the leading provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry, announced today the appointment of Dave Habiger to its Board of Directors.  Mr. Habiger most recently was Chief Executive Officer of NDS Group Ltd., a leading provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV.  NDS was sold to Cisco on August 1, 2012 for approximately $5 billion.  Mr. Habiger is a proven leader with over twenty years of experience in building software businesses, expanding international markets, and developing new service lines.

Sonic was named one of Forbes, Fortune and BusinessWeek's Fastest Growing Companies on multiple occasions.

Habiger sits on various public and private boards and is a member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Center for Corporate Innovation.  He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Norbert College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
