Dave Cox Joins Gigamon as Vice President of Worldwide Operations
Industry Veteran Brings More than 20 Years of Operations and Manufacturing Experience
SILICON VALLEY, Calif., Nov. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Gigamon® (NYSE: GIMO) a leader in traffic visibility solutions with the innovative Visibility Fabric™ architecture, announced today that technology industry veteran Dave Cox has joined the company as Vice President of Worldwide Operations. In this position, Cox will lead and scale Gigamon's global manufacturing, logistics, service, support and quality functions. Cox joins Gigamon from Lytro.

Cox brings more than 20 years of experience with manufacturers and vendors in the supply chain. Prior to joining Gigamon, Cox served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at Lytro. He previously was Senior Vice President of Operations at Blue Coat Systems and has held leadership positions at Cisco, Quantum and Pluris. Cox attained his BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
