With nearly three decades of management experience, Gilenson has a long record of domestic and international business development success, including opening new markets for innovative security technologies. He is currently Secretary of the Smart Card Alliance's Healthcare Council steering committee. Previously, he was a Vice President at American Banknote Corporation where he focused on identity solutions for healthcare. Prior to that, he was Director, International Business Development for L-1 Identity Solutions.
Kielmeyer brings more than two decades of business development and sales experience in healthcare to DataMotion. As an independent Sales Consultant, he represented companies including maxIT Healthcare, Ultralinq, Softheon and ZocDoc. Prior to that, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for Doctations, and held sales management posts with Eclypsis Corporation and Siemens Medical Solutions. Kielmeyer also founded Zydical, an e-healthcare vertical business solutions provider, and was nominated for Ernst and Young, New York, Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000.
Leveraging its mature, cloud-based delivery platform, which is used by millions of users to securely transmit PHI and PII, the company entered the clinical marketplace in October with the launch of DataMotion Direct; its implementation of Direct Secure Messaging. The service has since received strong interest from EHR, EDIS and HIE vendors, along with healthcare organizations requiring secure, efficient communications with patients and partners, allowing them to comply with CMS Meaningful Use Stage 2 transmit requirements and qualify for financial incentives. Also at that time, DataMotion announced an additional company focus, expanding its security operations to offer HISP services.
"DataMotion Direct is solving a major concern for healthcare, so to meet demand, we're adding two highly regarded, proven business development executives with reputations for ensuring customer satisfaction," said DataMotion's Chief Executive Officer, Bob Bales. "DataMotion has both an established core business and rapidly growing marketshare in healthcare. With this expanded management team, we're adding leadership that has helped many technology and healthcare companies successfully implement their strategies."
