In this role, Thomas will be responsible for evolving and streamlining internal and external product development processes and driving continuous improvement and growth in the DataMentors' suite of industry leading data solutions, including: Relevate Auto, Relevate Email, Relevate Telematch, and Relevate Mover.

Prior to joining DataMentors, Thomas served as the VP of Product Development at Healthplan Services where he was responsible for product development and strategy of the company's online services, business intelligence, and data warehousing solutions. Thomas also served as CTO and Senior Director of Technology at Microsoft, Inc., where he led the technical delivery of ecommerce and cloud solutions for Texas Microsoft Premier Customers and has held several senior IT leadership positions with Walt Disney, Electronic Arts, and AAA.
