Datameer Named Data Discovery Market Leader

SAN MATEO, Calif., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GigaOm Research released its Sector RoadMap report on Data Discovery tools. Datameer, the self-service big data analytics tool for Hadoop, got top honors, outperforming Tableau, Microstrategy, Splunk, and other business intelligence and big data analytics vendors.

• Non-relational DB connectivity, 15 percent
• Cloud, 13 percent
• Storytelling via data presentation, 10 percent
