Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) Acquires REDA International
MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Data Recognition Corporation (DRC), a leading provider of survey, document, and educational assessment services, today announced it has acquired Washington, DC-based REDA International Inc., a provider of research services to multinational corporations and government entities for twenty years.
"The acquisition of REDA is key to DRC's strategy to have the right level of expertise in the right location, and it will help further improve our performance to the clients we serve," said DRC Senior Vice President Doug Russell. "This acquisition builds our in-house Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) capabilities and grows our global presence."
In addition to expanded CATI capabilities, REDA brings to DRC an industry-leading team highly qualified in the areas of survey research, program evaluation and performance measurement, health, bio-statistics, social services, and international development. REDA's global list of clients includes federal, state, and local governments, international development agencies, and a variety of commercial businesses.
