DartPoints Adds Chief Development Officer to its Executive Bench

DALLAS, Dec. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- DartPoints announced today that data center industry veteran, Michael Ortiz, has been appointed as the company's Chief Development Officer (CDO). This marks a new stage of growth for the company and will leverage its scale and long tenure of delivering edge IT infrastructure custom solutions to clients across the U.S. Ortiz' appointment to CDO will compliment DartPoints strong leadership bench.

Ortiz was previously Vice President of Site Selection and Acquisitions with DuPont Fabros Technology, a data center solutions provider that built a portfolio of data center facilities across five major markets, including Northern Virginia, Toronto, Chicago, Portland, and Silicon Valley, CA. Prior to DuPont, Ortiz helped architect and implement Digital Realty's IT solutions strategy for the West region, managing approximately 2 million square feet of data center space.
