Ms. Matz has had 14 years of experience in the education field. She currently teaches special education students in grades pre-k to 12, in the Yupiit School District. Ms. Matz received a B.S. from the University of Stevens Point and is certified to teach Special Education, Learning Disabilities, Cognitive Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities and regular education to students in grades 1-6. Ms. Matz currently resides in Tuluksak, Alaska, where she enjoys riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, hunting, fishing and trapping.
