Mr. Dik has had almost 20 years of experience in the legal field. He is currently a Senior Associate at Fonda & Fraser, LLP. His practice is in the areas of general business litigation, medical malpractice defense and appellate law. His cases have included employment law (including sexual harassment, discrimination of all types and wrongful termination), business disputes/dissolutions, unfair competition/business practices, trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud and general/commercial liability encompassing everything from property rights/premises liability to homeowners/auto negligence. Mr. Dik represents both public and private clients in State/Federal Courts in construction, real estate, petroleum, general business, insurance, healthcare including hospitals, physicians, physician groups, ancillary service providers and plan providers and manufacturers of all types including welding and crane equipment, guns and other products. He has published "Copyrighted Software and Tying Arrangements: A Fresh Appreciation for per se Illegality," in 1990 and he has several published appellate decisions. Mr. Dik received a B.S., with Distinction, in Microbiology with a Minor in Chemistry, from California State University in 1982 and a J.D., from the University of Southern California in 1991.
