DALLAS, March 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Logile, Inc., the leading retail workforce management and store operations technology provider, today announced that industry veteran Daniel Clark will join the company as senior vice president of global sales. This appointment aligns with Logile's ongoing growth and increased retail industry momentum in delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of workforce management and operational excellence.
Clark is an accomplished executive sales leader with 25 years of enterprise software experience, including 15 years focused on retail workforce management solutions. He successfully led numerous sales and vertical teams at Kronos, Red Prairie/JDA and Empower and has a proven track record of accelerating revenue and growth. In addition to his sales and leadership achievements, he has deep experience with inventory optimization, retail operations, supply chain management and big data analytics. Clark holds a bachelor's in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in marketing and supply chain from Georgia State University.
"Dan's experience, leadership and industry relationships will be instrumental in further propelling Logile's growth across the Americas and Europe. I am pleased that he will be leading our existing sales team and recruiting other high-talent sales leaders to join Logile soon," said Rick Schlenker, Logile's co-founder and EVP of sales and marketing. "We were confident in selecting Dan because many of our existing customers knew and spoke highly of him, having worked with him at his previous companies. They shared that his leadership style, integrity and passion for customers would make him a perfect fit at Logile as these qualities mirror our philosophy in always delivering for our customers. We are excited to have him on board."
"After speaking with Logile's customers and seeing the quality and differentiation of Logile's solutions, along with the extraordinary talent and dedication built into the Logile culture, my decision to join the company was an easy one," explained Clark. "Retailers spoke of Logile being a true 'solution provider' that remains committed to fulfilling their customers' ever-changing and expanding requirements. Impressively, Logile has never lost a single customer. Having worked with many workforce management system providers over the last decade, once I saw a full demonstration of Logile's labor modeling, forecasting, scheduling and execution compliance solutions, I realized they are at least five years ahead of any other vendor. My ability to lead Logile's sales team will be greatly enhanced both because Logile's existing customers are stellar references and the Logile solutions are the very best in the industry. I am honored to join such an exceptional, innovative company and look forward to helping drive the next wave of retailers achieving incredible results."
