Dana Point Concours d'Elegance Announces Alfa Romeo and Pininfarina as Featured Marques for 2010 as Well as Class List
DANA POINT, Calif., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dana Point Concours d'Elegance (www.DanaPointConcours.org) announced today that the 28th annual event slated for Sunday, June 27, 2010 will feature will feature 100 years of Alfa Romeo and celebrate 80 years of design from Pininfarina. The event will also welcome special classes of American Pony & Muscle Cars, Corvettes to 1967, Kustoms & Hot Rods, as well as the second annual exhibit of Supercars. Also, the event is celebrating the 20 year anniversary of the U.S. launch of the Ferrari F40. This year the event will be limiting judged entries to 215 vehicles. The classes may change depending upon the entries received. Entry applications are available online at www.DanaPointConcours.org and are due back to the Concours d'Elegance on May 7, 2010 for inclusion in the event program. The 2010 Class list is as follows:

The 28th Annual Dana Point Concours d'Elegance will take place on Sunday, June 27, 2010 on the prestigious Monarch Beach Golf Links at the St. Regis Resort in Dana Point, California featuring 100 years of Alfa Romeo and celebrating 80 years of design from Pininfarina. The Dana Point Concours d'Elegance is a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, with proceeds supporting the Ocean Institute, the Mary & Dick Allen Diabetes Center at Hoag Hospital and other Southern California youth charities. The event is operated primarily as a Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) Concours, with additional classes showcasing interesting and relevant automobiles.
