Dan was among 39 other recipients honored for South East Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®'s (SEVRAR) 2017 40 Under 40 hosted by Young Professionals Network. The 40 Under 40 award recipients all contribute tirelessly to their community and provide exceptional leadership within their businesses.

Dan's real estate career began in 2005, but when the market "crashed" in 2008, Dan shifted gears and began listing foreclosure and short sale properties. Dan's listing clients included Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, HSBC, and others.
