In this role, Kerrigan provides turnaround and restructuring advisory services and solutions to the firm's clients.

Kerrigan has more than 18 years of professional experience and over 13 years overseeing turnaround management situations, bankruptcy proceedings, strategic restructuring, acquisition due diligence and liquidations across a broad spectrum of industries. He brings to his role extensive expertise in bankruptcy planning and execution; negotiation of lender financing and amendments, business sale transactions and creditor and customer settlements; and internal and external financial reporting and cash forecasting and financial projections. Prior to joining Protiviti, Kerrigan served in leadership positions with a number of large professional services firms in New York.
Kerrigan is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Kerrigan holds a bachelor of business administration degree in public accounting from Pace University. He resides in Upper Saddle River, N.J.
