These results came from DFCO's new focus on management consulting in finance, accounting, human resources, and workers compensation loss management services.

Besides the operating profit of $353 thousand, DFCO recorded other income of $5.8 million, consisting of $5.3 million in forgiveness of debt and $500 thousand in corrections to PEO payroll taxes payable.
