Dallas Jury Clears Industrial Services Company in Retaliation Trial

DALLAS, June 25, 2012  /PRNewswire/ --  A Dallas County jury has issued a unanimous, take-nothing defense verdict in favor of an Irving-based industrial services company after rejecting a truck driver's claims that he was wrongly fired.

After four days of testimony, the jury of seven men and five women deliberated for less than one hour before unanimously clearing the company of any wrongdoing and rejecting the former employee's claims entirely.
