Dallas Business Journal Names Seven Clubs In The ClubCorp Network On Its "Toughest North Texas Golf Courses" List
ClubCorp's O.N.E. Program Allows Members to Hit the Links at all Seven Clubs
DALLAS, May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dallas Business Journal has seven Dallas-Fort Worth area clubs in the ClubCorp family on its 25 "Toughest North Texas Golf Courses" list (April 20, 2012) – all of which can be played by area members through ClubCorp's O.N.E. (Optimal Network Experiences) program.

The courses named to the list were ranked by slope rating for regular men's or blue tees. Clubs in the ClubCorp family on the list – all of which also offer multiple tees (including FasTees, placed 100 yards in front of forward tees) to appeal to players of all skill levels, as well as those just learning the game – include:
- No. 2 – The Country Club Course at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco (slope rating/140)
- No. 5 – The King's Course at Gleneagles Country Club in Plano (slope rating/140)
- No. 8 – Las Colinas Country Club in Irving (slope rating/139)
- No. 11 – The Fazio Course at Stonebriar Country Club (slope rating/137)
- No. 17 – The Dye Course at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney (slope rating/136)
- No. 19 – The Queens Course at Gleneagles Country Club in Plano (slope rating/135)
- No. 24 – Timarron Country Club in Southlake (slope rating/133)
In a separate list in the article, the publication ranked the top 10 courses by length from the regular men's tees (in yards) and ranked the two courses at Stonebriar Country Club in the No. 1 (Country Club/7,064) and No. 2 (Fazio/7,002) spots while Las Colinas Country Club's 6,809-yard course came in at No. 7.
