Dallas Attorneys from Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin Named Among Texas' Best Young Lawyers
DALLAS, March 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorneys Joshua A. Skinner and Francisco J. Valenzuela from the Dallas law firm Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., have been selected to the 2015 Texas Rising Stars list, marking the sixth consecutive time they have been honored among the state's top young lawyers.
A trial and appellate attorney, Mr. Skinner focuses his practice on school litigation and employment litigation, as well as representing cities, municipalities and governmental entities in litigation and other legal matters. He also is a frequent speaker on civil rights and employment law issues. Mr. Skinner earned his law degree from the Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is licensed to practice in all state and U.S. District Courts in Texas, the 2nd and 5th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Valenzuela concentrates on employment litigation in addition to civil rights and federal constitutional claims. He represents private companies and governmental entities in a variety of matters, from grievance investigations to representation before administrative agencies and courts. He earned his law degree from the Notre Dame Law School. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and all U.S. District Courts in Texas.
