Dallas Attorney Allison Jacobsen Joins Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank LLP
DALLAS, Nov. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Noted Dallas trial attorney Allison A. Jacobsen has joined the Dallas litigation firm of Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank LLP as Senior Counsel.
During the past 20 years Ms. Jacobsen has represented business clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation involving antitrust claims; contract disputes; fraud and deceptive trade practices; environmental and energy-related matters; and professional liability defense for attorneys, consultants, accountants and corporate officers and directors. She joins Gruber Hurst from the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins LLP.

She received her undergraduate degree with high honors from The University of Texas in 1989.
Ms. Jacobsen is active in a number of community and professional organizations, including current service as the co-managing editor of the American Bar Association's Trial Evidence Committee Journal, and a consumer representative for the Texas Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council. She formerly was recognized as the most outstanding chairperson of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, is currently a Barrister of the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court, and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
