Dako Deploys SuccessFactors to Help Execute Growth Strategy

(Nasdaq: SFSF) today announced that its Danish partner, Effective Learning A/S, has signed a four-year contract with Dako, a worldwide provider of cancer diagnostic solutions. Dako has deployed SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) Suite to build a global, transparent high-performance culture and better execute against its global growth plans.

Dako is a global leader in tissue-based cancer diagnostics and provides reagents, instruments and software for high quality cancer diagnosis and efficient laboratory processes. Headquartered in Denmark, Dako is one of the world's leading cancer diagnostics specialists. The company develops, manufactures and markets cell-based cancer diagnostics for both clinical diagnostics and research use. The SuccessFactors modules were deployed to all employees globally in English in four phases, commencing in May 2009. Dako deployed SuccessFactors Recruitment Management in just five weeks and was able to process 1,000 applications during the first month it went live in July 2009. The company successfully deployed Employee Profile in mid-November 2009, and Performance Management and Goal Management in December 2009. Dako will be deploying Compensation Management in February 2010, and will be deploying Succession Management, Learning & Development and 360 Degree Reviews in mid-2010.
