Dahlman Rose & Co. Appoints Stephen Parish as a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets

NEW YORK, Sept. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dahlman Rose & Company, LLC, a leading investment bank specializing in the global natural resources supply chain, announced today the appointment of Stephen Parish as Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets, effective immediately. In the new position, Mr. Parish will focus on the origination and execution of equity and equity-related transactions and will report to Matthew Rovelli, Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets.

Mr. Parish has more than 25 years of equity capital markets experience. Prior to joining Dahlman Rose, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Capital Markets for Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was responsible for all of the firm's equity and equity-linked transactions. Mr. Parish also served more than 20 years at Bear Stearns & Co., holding various senior management positions in the Equity and Equity Capital Markets Divisions including Senior Managing Director and Global Head of the Equity Transactions Group. Mr. Parish received a BA from Tulane University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
