CYREN Appoints Vice President of Human Resources

With nearly two decades of leadership experience building and overseeing human resources teams, Markowitz is eminently qualified to lead initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining a diversified talent pool to support CYREN's strategic growth.  Based in CYREN's McLean, Virginia office, she partners with senior leadership to develop and drive HR initiatives across the company's worldwide operations.

Most recently serving as human resources director at Analysis Research Planning Corporation, an expert services and business advisory firm, Markowitz also previously served in various HR leadership roles at Thomas & Herbert Consulting, SteelCloud and Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP.  She holds a bachelor's degree from University of Maryland, College Park as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certifications.

Commtouch Software Ltd will continue to trade as CTCH on the NASDAQ exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The name and ticker symbol for both financial markets are scheduled to change in February 2014 and will be announced in a separate press release.
