CYIOS Kicking Off 2010, Strategy and Growth Plan
WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CYIOS Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYIO) announces today its strategy and growth plans for 2010. "As per last year, we started under the premise that we had funding coming in for growth -- that never came to fruition and growth was at minimum. We still had a profitable year but not as expected. We have accomplished the first steps in funding CYIOS -- that being establishing and executing a term sheet for 7 Million dollars. CYIOS has been on the unfortunate side of being a public company -- that being not benefiting from any funding. We have agreed upon terms and now have to process the proper SEC filings to invoke the line of equity. This will vow greatly for the shareholders -- we will have the funds to get more business, launch our product and manage our existing contracts," stated Timothy Carnahan. "It could be up to 90 days until we get to tap into the line of equity -- but we are moving forward as it will be there."
Based upon this, the company feels its performance could increase by 100% resulting in revenue increase by 100% starting in mid 2QTR and by 200% in mid 3QTR. "This is the reason to go public -- raise capital to support a good business process that will enhance mature growth. There is one other KEY element in our growth strategy -- that being the establishment of an advisory board. This advisory board would establish collection of knowledge and lessons learned from the leadership of the military and help guide and align CYIOS's strategy plans with those of the Department of Defense. The establishment of an advisory board is a key part of our mission critical plan for the success of CYIOS," stated Timothy Carnahan.
CYIOS's product CYIPRO (owned by our subsidiary CKO Inc) is in position to support MANY government initiatives. The first the company plans to tackle is the government telework program, see www.telework.gov and www.teleworkexchange.com . "Telework is happening NOW; it saves money and it will provide jobs for people everywhere in the country. However, telework has some issues to overcome -- that being management must be able to manage by objective (MBO) and there must be total accountability. CYIPRO will allow for MBOs and provide total accountability -- it will also build upon lessons learned, thus creating a knowledge centric organization," stated Mr. Carnahan. CYIRPO is based upon the CYIOS's experience building the world's largest knowledge management portal www.us.army.mil and can be further reviewed at www.cyipro.com.
Based upon the success of CYIPRO, CKO Inc could spin out into its own public entity. "CKO Inc is a subsidiary under the umbrella of CYIOS Corporation -- the Nevada based company. Shareholders should expect to get some reward for this transaction whether it be in the form of dividends or shares it is purely a bonus today for being a shareholder of CYIOS tomorrow," stated Carnahan.
