Cydcor Celebrates Top Performers

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Cydcor, the leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face sales teams, challenged owners of independently-owned Cydcor sales offices to win the first –ever incentive contest for an all-expenses paid trip to a tropical destination. This resulted in Cydcor sending owners and their guests from nearly 32 US and Canada offices to the stunning Live Aqua Resort, in beautiful Cancun, Mexico.

Cydcor sponsored this weekend in conjunction with an incentive contest for the 4th quarter 2009 for offices that showed tremendous growth despite the economic challenges of 2009. This event served as a way to reward a job well done and to continue to celebrate success.  Owners were able to step away from their daily responsibilities and winter weather to take a break that they wouldn't otherwise give themselves.

"Carving a little time out for yourself is one of the best ways to rejuvenate your mind and body so that you are re-focused and ready to go back out and approach work with a fresh attitude," said Gary Polson, chief executive officer of Cydcor. "We appreciate how hard these office owners and their teams work on behalf of our clients."

The approximately 70 attendees enjoyed a weekend of networking and rest and relaxation in the warm Mexico sun. The weekend kicked off with an opportunity for owners to meet one-on-one with the Cydcor executives, a welcome breakfast for all attendees as an opportunity to network and meet fellow contest winners. A pool-side themed dinner, lounging by the infinity pools, and a few games of beach volleyball rounded out the festive weekend.

Prize winners were eligible for the trip based on an increase of at least 15 percent in sales between the third and fourth quarter, with a minimum revenue target for the fourth quarter.
