CVS/pharmacy Hosts a Spooktacular Halloween Costume Party and Customer Event at Stores Nationwide on October 23

WOONSOCKET, R.I., Oct. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CVS/pharmacy today announced its first annual "2011 Halloween Party and Customer Event," a spooky and spectacular customer appreciation event at all 7,200 locations nationwide. Kids who slip on a Halloween costume and purchase any item at any CVS/pharmacy location on Sunday, October 23, 2011 during regular store hours will receive one free Halloween gift pack per-child, as well as an in-store costume photo shoot during select times throughout the day.

Participation is easy – children who visit their local CVS/pharmacy on October 23 while dressed in a Halloween costume will receive a free Halloween gift pack with any purchase while supplies last, which includes:

• $5 value of candy, toys, trick or treat safety items
• $10 in coupons for additional Halloween products
• Each CVS/pharmacy store will host an in-store costume photo shoot, including a free 5x7 print; photo shoot times will vary by location, so please check with local stores

Additionally, from October 23 – 25, shoppers will find hot deals on two Halloween must-haves: Candy Corn and 4-in-1 Pumpkin Carver Kits. ExtraCare cardholders can pick these items up for free after ExtraBucks Rewards®.
