CVDT and SI Partners Sign Virtualization Contracts
JINAN, Shandong, China, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Beijing PowerUnique Technology Co., Ltd (BPUT), one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of China VoIP & Digital Telecom (OTC Bulletin Board: CVDT) announced today that its alliance system integrator (the SI) has signed several virtualization agreements to implement an integrated virtualization solution at the customers' datacenters in Huizhou Power Supply Bureau, Shantou Power Supply Bureau and South East Motor.
Huizhou Power Supply Bureau and Shantou Power Supply Bureau are two additional clients signed by CVDT and its alliance partners in the energy industry. Both Huizhou and Shantou power supply bureaus are the subsidiaries of Guangdong Power Grid. Winning the contracts from these two customers demonstrates CVDT's growing market penetration within the Guangdong Power Grid and the long-term business relationship the company is building in the energy industry.
South East Motor was the JV established in 1995 between Fujian Motor Industrial Group and Taiwan China Motor Corporation. The contract with South East Motor will be BPUT's second virtualization project to be implemented in the automotive industry. Their first, with Geely Automobile Holdings, led BPUT's way into the growing auto industry. BPUT will provide the new customers with their industry-leading comprehensive datacenter solution technologies. This allows the customer to reduce investment and operating expenses, lowering the total cost of business ownership. It will also help the customers enhance their datacenter security and reduce the required number of servers, resulting in higher energy-savings, lower emissions and more environmentally-friendly effects.
Mr. Kunwu Li, President and CEO of CVDT, is very pleased with the success of this alliance. He said, "We are glad to see our turn-key solution has helped our SIs to expand their businesses. BPUT played a very important role in assisting the SI in these projects. Using our own sales force and leveraging our SI partners, we plan to accelerate our market share growth, which will create a solid foundation for CVDT's long-term development in the virtualization industry. I am very confident that our SIs will win more numerous and successful contracts in the future."
Mr. Li continued, "We are also very pleased with the contracts that we signed in the targeted industries we have been focused on since the beginning of year. We will continue to put our marketing efforts in the energy, electricity, auto and healthcare industries to win new clients in these sectors. We designed all of our comprehensive virtualization datacenter solutions around the institute's business needs, and we are pleased to see that our customers' businesses have directly benefited from them. These individually customized solutions give us a clear competitive advantage. Our clients know we're in business to support their industries. This gives us the edge in the virtualization marketplace."

About Virtualization Technology
Virtualization is a proven software technology that is rapidly transforming the IT landscape and fundamentally changing the way people compute.
Today's powerful x86 computer hardware was originally designed to run only a single operating system and a single application, but virtualization breaks that boundary, making it possible to run multiple operating systems and multiple applications on the same computer at the same time, increasing the utilization and flexibility of hardware.
Virtualization is a technology that can benefit anyone who uses a computer, from IT professionals and Mac enthusiasts to commercial businesses and government organizations. Millions of people around the world use virtualization to save time, money and energy while achieving more with the computer hardware they already own.
