With nearly a decade of working in both the government and public sector, Jennifer specializes in government affairs, public relations and project management. Her experience includes working with State and local elected officials, property owners and engineers on matters surrounding State mandates and prohibitions, assessment districts and conservation.

While at the District, she also spearheaded a proactive stakeholder outreach and community education program, which resulted in property owners overwhelmingly supporting one of the largest assessment districts ever formed in California.
