Analyst Update: Quarterly Results, New Customers, Asset Sale, Scheduled Launches, and Partnerships

The majority of the European markets closed lower on Monday, February 16, ahead of an announcement from the meeting of Eurozone finance ministers in Brussels. However, their discussion over a new financing arrangement for Greece broke down abruptly, showing a wide gap between Athens and its official creditors while also triggering a period of heightened uncertainty about Greece's future inside the currency bloc. The discussion ended after Greece rejected an extension of its current 240-billion-euro ($272 billion) bailout program under the conditions being offered by other ministers. The Euro Stoxx 50 decreased by 0.41 % to 3,433.30, the CAC 40 fell by 0.16 % to 4751.95 and the FTSE 100 was down by 0.24 % to 6857.05. However, the Asian markets ended higher on Monday. Japanese shares rallied to an eight-year high on Monday, on Greece deal hopes and after official data confirmed that Japan's economy pulled out of recession in the last quarter of last year. Chinese market also closed higher, after official data showed that China's foreign direct investment surged in January. US markets were closed on Monday on account of President's Day.
CDK Global, Inc. (CDK Global) announced its Q2 FY 2015 financial results with revenues of $521.2 million versus $487.3 million in Q2 FY 2014. Adjusted net earnings increased 36% YoY to $59.4 million. Based on its performance and momentum, the Company has raised its earnings outlook for full year FY 2015.
A leading web-based financial services company China Finance Online Co. Limited (China Finance Online) announced that Changjiang Securities Company Limited has joined the Company's web-based securities trading platform Securities Master (in Chinese "Zhengquantong"), where the Company has already connected six securities firms to date.
China Recycling Energy Corporation (China Recycling Energy) announced that its Waste Heat Power Generation System ("WHPG System"), which was originally leased to Zhong Gang Group Bin Hai Industry Co., Ltd., was recently transferred to Zhong Gang for a price of about $9.8 million (RMB60.0 million).
China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited (TechFaith) has scheduled the launch of its first ruggedized 4G-based, Android smartphone, the "A7", targeting mass market in the first quarter of 2015. The launch brings the power of the latest 4G technology to a hard to damage, ruggedized A7 smartphone.
Cinedigm Corp (Cinedigm) has announced a partnership with TV4 Entertainment to develop and launch niche OTT channels, with the first channel under this partnership expected to launch later this year.
