WASHINGTON, June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In response to U.S. House of Representatives Zoe Lofgren (D-19-CA) and Trent Franks (R-8-AZ) introducing the Wireless Tax Fairness Act (H.R. 2309), which would place a five year moratorium on any new and discriminating taxes and fees imposed on wireless consumers' monthly bills, CTIA-The Wireless Association® President and CEO Steve Largent said:
