WASHINGTON, Nov. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- After the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Communications and Technology Subcommittee announced the mark-up of the Jumpstarting Opportunity with Broadband Spectrum (JOBS) Act of 2011 on December 1, CTIA-The Wireless Association ® President and CEO Steve Largent issued this statement:
