WASHINGTON, Aug. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In response to FCC Acting Chairwoman Mignon Clyburn's statement on cellphone unlocking, CTIA-The Wireless Association® Vice President Scott Bergmann released the following:
