Bill included MOBILE Cell Phone Act of 2009 (H.R. 690) which eliminates cell phones from IRS listed property rules

"CTIA and the wireless industry appreciate the President's swift action to sign the bill that included the MOBILE Cell Phone Act. By signing the bill into law, wireless devices are now eliminated from the IRS listed property rule, which had said that employees who used their employer-provided devices for personal use had to include it as a taxable benefit.
