CTI Towers, Inc. Appoints Wireless Tower Veteran, James S. Eisenstein, To Board Of Directors

FRANKLIN, Mass., Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CTI Towers, Inc., a wireless tower company with operations throughout the United States, today announced the appointment of Jim Eisenstein to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Eisenstein joins CTI Towers, Inc. with an extensive career in the wireless tower industry. He currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo TorreSur, a Latin American focused wireless tower company with nearly 3,000 towers, which he formed in 2010. Prior to Grupo TorreSur, Mr. Eisenstein was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Optasite Holding Company, Inc. (acquired by SBA Communications in 2008), Chief Executive Officer at Concourse Communications Group LLC, and Chief Operating Officer and later Chief Development Officer at American Tower Corporation—a company that he co-founded.

CTI Towers currently operates over 800 towers in 39 states. Comcast Ventures established the Company in 2011.
