CT Strategies Adds Senior Advisors and Management Staff
WASHINGTON, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- CT Strategies is excited to announce the addition of four former government officials with high-level experience in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (U.S. CBP), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the White House National Security Staff to its growing advisory services practice. Charles Bartoldus, Brett Laduzinsky, David Murphy, and Thomas M. Roland, Jr. bring decades of expertise in technology innovation, policy-making, frontline operations, and high-level management in the areas of border management, international trade, and risk-based targeting.

David Murphy joins CT Strategies as a Senior Advisor with senior management experience in U.S. CBP. While serving as Acting Assistant Commissioner for U.S. CBP's Office of Field Operations, he oversaw 29,000 personnel and a $4 billion budget dedicated to managing customs and immigration enforcement at over 300 ports of entry across the U.S. as well as critical foreign partnership programs abroad.
Charles Bartoldus is an operations and policy executive who brings extensive national security, border management, and risk-based targeting experience to CT Strategies as a Senior Advisor. He served in numerous positions at DHS and most recently as Senior Director of Transportation & Border Security with the White House National Security Staff.
Thomas M. Roland, Jr. is an experienced former U.S. CBP official who joins CT Strategies as a Senior Advisor. In addition to serving as Assistant Port Director at Miami International Airport, Mr. Roland developed and deployed transformative mobile technology solutions that have widely modernized immigration and customs operations.
Brett Laduzinsky joins CT Strategies as its new Director. His experience includes serving as an Advisor to the Commissioner of U.S. CBP on a variety of border management issues, as well as a Counselor to U.S. CBP's Office of International Trade. Through his time spent liaising with the White House, various U.S. and foreign government agencies, and private sector entities, he has made contributions to enhancing supply chain security while simultaneously supporting economic prosperity.
