Acquisition Creates Best-in-Class Solutions for Global Brand Protection Needs; Combines Two Companies Recognized for Superior Service and Quality
NEW YORK and BRUSSELS, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CT Corsearch, the premier provider of clearance and protection solutions for trademark and brand professionals, today announced it's acquired Edital, the Questel trademark branch. This acquisition combines two industry-leading companies to create best-in-class solutions for managing a brand lifecycle globally—from creation to watching to protecting, maintaining and renewing a brand. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
As business has become increasingly global, the need for multinational corporations to protect their brands around the world has also increased. This deal enables both companies to better serve the needs of multinational companies protecting their brands globally.
CT Corsearch is part of Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, which operates under the CT brand.
