JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On February 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of CSX Corporation (NYSE: CSX) approved a 9 percent increase in the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to $0.24 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2010.
