CSC ServiceWorks Acquires Assets of AZUMA's Appliance Leasing Business

PLAINVIEW, N.Y., June 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. ("CSC"), a leader in commercial laundry solutions and air vending services, is pleased to announce the closing of an acquisition of substantially all of the assets of AZUMA Leasing CT, LP ("AZUMA") that were used in its appliance leasing business.

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, AZUMA operates in over 60 markets leasing appliance, furniture and houseware products primarily to apartment residents. AZUMA will continue to operate, focusing on the growth of its furniture and housewares business to the apartment and corporate housing industries.

The assets purchased from AZUMA will be integrated into CSC's Appliance Warehouse business unit, the leading provider of in-unit washer/dryer leasing and appliance sales to apartment communities across the United States.
