CSafe Recognizes First Recipient of EQUiP® Corporate Accreditation

DAYTON, Ohio, Sept. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CSafe, LLC, manufacturer of the AcuTemp® RKN active temperature-controlled cargo container, announced that FedEx Custom Critical based in Ohio is the first company to receive EQUiP Corporate Accreditation.

EQUiP® (Enhanced Qualified User Program) was developed to provide companies an educational training model to help them meet CSafe's most stringent compliance requirements. EQUiP accreditation is awarded to companies who achieve assessment program compliance and successfully complete a proprietary web-based training program followed by an assessment by an authorized CSafe EQUiP representative.  The Corporate Accreditation is unique in that it requires an accredited company to designate an employee who would obtain Elite Accreditation status and act as the in-house authority on the CSafe AcuTemp RKN.  FedEx Custom Critical has three employees with EQUiP Elite Accreditation.  "We are honored to be the first company to receive EQUiP Corporate Accreditation," said Virginia Albanese, President and CEO of FedEx Custom Critical.  "By utilizing this technology, we are providing quality, temperature-controlled shipping solutions across the globe."

Beyond the EQUiP Corporate Accreditation, individual certifications of EQUiP training include EQUiP Operative, developed for individuals that come into contact with the CSafe AcuTemp RKN on a daily basis, and EQUiP Elite, for key individuals within an organization that have exceptional industry knowledge and expertise and have completed all of the EQUiP training modules.  The EQUiP training is designed to be flexible for both the organizations and individual whether they operate in a life sciences, integrator, freight-forwarder or airline environment.
