Crowe launches shared ownership program for all employees

CHICAGO, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowe, a leading public accounting and consulting firm, announced that it has launched a new shared ownership program, CroweONE ("Crowe: Our Next Era"), designed to give all eligible employees a stake in the firm's continued growth and value creation. The broad-based employee ownership program was developed in collaboration with KKR, a leading global investment firm, following the August 2026 close of KKR's equity investment in Crowe. CroweONE marks an early milestone in the strategic partnership between the two firms and their joint focus on investing in Crowe's people.

CroweONE is distinguished in the industry by the breadth of its participation, extending shared ownership beyond senior leaders or select groups to all employees across the entire firm. The program is designed to foster an ownership culture by helping employees better understand the business and empowering them to play a more meaningful role in Crowe's future. The program requires no upfront investment and provides an opportunity to share in the growth of Crowe in addition to existing compensation and benefits. Future hires will be eligible to participate in this program as well.

CroweONE is part of a broad suite of people-centered initiatives. This includes the Forward Together Awards, special cash awards provided in August to recognize employee contributions to the future of the firm, alongside a record bonus pool provided earlier in the summer. Crowe is also in the process of establishing an employee assistance fund for team members facing unexpected financial hardship and launching a new employee recognition program.
