Crowe Horwath LLP will welcome personnel from Crowe GHP Horwath

CHICAGO, Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowe Horwath LLP (Crowe) has reached an agreement with Crowe GHP Horwath (GHP) to have its people and operations join Crowe on Jan. 1, 2017. Crowe is one of the largest public accounting, consulting and technology firms in the U.S. with additional offices in Europe, Canada, Cayman Islands and India.

Based in Denver, GHP is an accounting and consulting firm serving clients throughout the world. Both firms are members of the Crowe Horwath International network, which consists of more than 200 independent accounting and advisory services firms in more than 120 countries around the world. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Established in 1955, GHP provides accounting, tax and consulting services to a variety of clients. The firm, which has 82 professionals and four partners, serves clients in the not-for-profit, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and hospitality industries. Globally, GHP has significant relationships and experience in Asia.
