Former Splunk and HP Executives Join Crittercism as Company Seeks to Further Capitalize on Explosive Growth in Mobile Apps
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Crittercism, a pioneer in mobile App Performance Management (APM), today announced the expansion of its senior management team with the hiring of three key executives: Frank Swain, Chief Revenue Officer; Kalyan Ramanathan, Chief Marketing Officer; and Lars Kamp, Vice President of Business Development. These industry veterans will help to continue the acceleration of Crittercism's growth as it aims to meet the increasing demand for real-time application performance management of mobile apps across consumer, enterprise and business-to-employee.

Frank Swain, Crittercism's new Chief Revenue Officer, brings over 30 years of sales and executive leadership in IT, cloud, and application performance management solutions. Frank has built several world class sales teams that deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Frank joins the team from AppDynamics, the leading application performance management solution provider where he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Prior to AppDynamics, Frank served as SVP of worldwide sales at Splunk. Frank has also held sales executive roles at CA Wily and Mercury Interactive.
Kalyan Ramanathan, Crittercism's new Chief Marketing Officer, joins the team with over 20 years of experience in software product marketing and management. Prior to Crittercism, Kalyan worked at Electric Cloud, a leading DevOps automation vendor as their Vice President of Marketing. Prior to Electric Cloud, Kalyan served as Senior Director of Product Marketing for HP/Opsware, where he oversaw marketing efforts for the HP Application performance management & data center automation solutions.
Lars Kamp, Crittercism's new Vice President of Business Development, brings a wealth of mobile and software expertise to the team. Lars joins Crittercism from Accenture, where, as the Managing Director, Strategy & Corporate Development, he was responsible for corporate strategy, M&A and partnerships for Accenture's Mobility Practice. Lars has also worked for many years in Accenture's Communications, Media & Technology Practice advising Fortune 500 companies in the US, Asia and Europe.
