LOS ANGELES, Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CriticalPoint Partners announced today that it has hired five experienced professionals to support the firm's continued growth.

Richard Bolander – has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations. He brings over 18 years of operations and financial leadership experience to the business, including five years as an officer in the Air Force. Most recently, Rick led the strategic budgeting and planning activities for the U.S. Air Force's $7 billion annual space systems portfolio at the Los Angeles Air Force Base. Prior to that, he spent 10 years providing systems engineering, financial management, and program expertise services, with AT&T and Tecolote Research, Inc. Rick also founded and operated the independent record label, Spinwheel Records.
Jeffrey Paul – has also joined the team as Vice President of Operations. He brings over 9 years of manufacturing, business operations, and sales experience in the screen printing and garment embroidery industry. Most recently, Jeffrey held the position of V.P. of Business Development at Colosseum Athletics, the 5th largest Collegiate Apparel provider in the world. He was responsible for identifying M&A opportunities, co-licensing deals, and overseeing top level vendor/supplier agreements. Prior to Colosseum, he owned and ran QTI Apparel and Promotions, a screen printing and embroidery company based out of Waco, TX, where he grew the business 25% for 9 consecutive years.
Amy Tzagournis – has taken on the roles of Marketing and Business Development for CriticalPoint Partners. Amy is responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with clients focused on utilizing CriticalPoint's M&A and Value Creation advisory services. She also brings a wide range of experience in the Food and Beverage, Hospitality, and Health and Wellness industries. Amy promotes and supports investments in healthy lifestyle-focused companies as a result of her background as a triathlete and fitness professional. Amy received her Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from The Ohio State University.
Justin Shin – has joined CriticalPoint Partners' Business Development Team as an Associate. Justin was most recently with Pegasus Capital Group, a private buyout firm where he was responsible for transaction origination and analysis. Prior to joining Pegasus, he worked for OCTANe advising start-ups and entrepreneurs in the information technology and biomedical industries on business strategy and identifying funding. Justin received his Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from University of California, Santa Barbara and Master's in Business Management from Keck Graduate Institute.
Chris Sisson – has also joined as an Associate on CriticalPoint's Business Development Team. Previously, Chris was an Acquisitions Manager at First Allied Corporation where he was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring investment opportunities. In addition, he worked at Live Universe handling strategic partnerships and business development negotiations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and obtained his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.
