Crestmark Promotes Mick Goik to President/COO
Veteran Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer moves into new position within the company.
TROY, Mich., April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestmark is pleased to announce the promotion of Mick Goik to President and Chief Operating Office of Crestmark Bank, overseeing corporate operations and the four regional offices nationwide. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and has been with Crestmark for nine years. Goik has held many roles at Crestmark including manager of business development, new product development, director of finance and accounting, and head of IT. Goik has negotiated and achieved six acquisitions and four joint ventures in the last five years, tripling the company's portfolio and size.
Goik joined Crestmark from GE Capital. He was recipient of Crain's Detroit Business 40 Under 40 Recognition in 2009, and is active in several community groups.
