Crescent Resources Names Experienced Developer to Senior Vice President Post
CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Crescent Resources selected veteran real estate developer Margaret Jennesse to lead its residential interests in Florida and Georgia as senior vice president.
As senior vice president, Jennesse will guide Crescent's efforts to acquire new properties and create first-class communities. She will also oversee some of Crescent's premier communities, including The River Club, BridgeWater and Grand Hampton.
Jennesse has 20 years of experience working in all aspects of real estate development. Her focus has been creating large-scale, master-planned communities with amenities, as well as financial management and fostering community participation.

Jennesse is familiar with Crescent Resources – she previously served as a senior vice president of LandMar Group, a Crescent subsidiary. In her most recent position, she was a consultant with Jennesse Managers, LLC, which provides a broad spectrum of planning and management services for the real estate and health care industries.
Prior to LandMar, Jennesse was the Northeast Florida president of St. Joe – one of the largest land owners and developers in the state.

Jennesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University. She is also a certified public accountant and real estate sales associate.
