Credit Karma Holds Austin Casting Call to Uncover Debt and Credit Stories
Invites Real People to Share their Experiences about Finances for National Campaign
SAN FRANCISCO, March 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
WHAT: |
Credit Karma will hold an open casting call in Austin, Texas, to find real people to share their experiences about debt, credit or finances. Participants are invited to visit the Credit Karma suite and engage on camera to talk about their financial challenges and successes. For those who haven't seen their credit score before – or maybe not for a while – Credit Karma would like to make that introduction. Only the participant will be on camera. No score or personal information will be filmed. |
WHY: |
Credit Karma is starting a national conversation about debt and credit. It can be a taboo subject that deeply affects lives, both emotionally and financially, and is too important not to talk about. To start the conversation with Americans about credit, debt and its connection to personal finances, Credit Karma will film casting call participants and may ask some to be part of a future promotional campaign. |
WHO: |
Participants must be over 18 years of age and open to being considered for Credit Karma's newest national marketing initiative. Those filmed could later be featured in advertisements, video campaigns and more. |
