Crawford & Company Appoints Channel Management Director, eLearning Services
ATLANTA, March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Joel Sybert has been appointed channel management director for Crawford & Company's eLearning Services for insurance claims professionals, including the KMC On Demand(SM) Learning Management System, virtual classrooms and educational products such as Property Technical Certification (PTC).
In his new role, Sybert will focus on building client relationships through account development, management and support. He will manage web-based direct product sales and all eLearning sales channel relationships for Crawford's U.S. Property & Casualty and Broadspire business units and with Adjusterpro.com, which resells the PTC program on its website (www.adjusterpro.com).

Sybert most recently served as regional account executive of property and casualty sales in the southeast for Crawford (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions. He has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 10 years with Crawford, and has held positions as a multi-line adjuster and a retail insurance and reinsurance broker.
Sybert graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in communications. He has been an active member of community organizations, including the March of Dimes in Georgia.
KMC On Demand, a leading provider of learning technologies and online education for insurance claims adjusters, is part of Crawford Educational Services, a full-service provider of classroom, online and blended educational opportunities for claims professionals.
As part of an insurance industry advisory committee, Crawford collaborated to develop and release the first PTC program to the insurance industry in 2011.
