LONG ISLAND, N.Y., Oct. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CRAVE Hot Dogs and BBQ was established in 2018 by husband and wife team, Salvatore and Samantha Rincione. The pair have been involved in multiple successful franchise companies throughout their extensive careers. With their knowledge and expertise in the franchise industry, they decided to create a brand that was unlike anything on the market. Crave features not only delicious BBQ sandwiches and sliders but also a self-serve beer wall. Each location will have anywhere from 24-36 tap handles. The offerings include local craft beers as well as a few taps dedicated to wine and cider. They have partnered with Ipourit for their beer systems.

In March of 2018 the company went live with the Franchising model and have signed a total of 12 franchisees. They are located in Washington DC, Orlando Florida, Wilmington NC, Dawsonville GA, Houston TX, Yukon City OK, Charlotte NC, and other southern areas. The company is looking to sell a total of at least 25 units this year and double those numbers next year. With the experienced couple at the helm and an experienced team beneath them they are prepared for the expansion and excited and ready to grow.

The menu offerings will include BBQ sliders and sandwiches, grilled all beef kosher hot dogs, pulled brisket, pulled chicken, delicious sides and more.
